Meet Kendel Lemus
An entrepreneurial spirit.
A heart for service.
Kendel’s entrepreneurial journey began as a young man, when he owned a business at an early age. Being responsible for a business taught him how much every customer relationship matters. From the beginning, his work in the service industry shaped a simple belief: people remember how you make them feel.
He attended Bakersfield College, where he studied anthropology and explored his interest in people and their experiences. He went on to spend many years in the financial industry, including serving as a District Director. Those years strengthened his approach to leadership, listening, and helping people navigate important decisions.
As of 2026, Kendel brings five years of experience in the insurance industry. He also brings the perspective of a business owner who understands the effort behind building something of your own. Whether you are protecting your home, your family’s vehicles, or your livelihood, he takes the time to understand what matters to you.
That personal approach is the vision behind Wave. Kendel wants every customer to feel welcomed, heard, and comfortable asking questions. For him, caring about your coverage also means caring about your experience, from your first conversation to the relationship that follows.
